Up, up and away

Hello blog friends I hope you have had a brilliant week, I hope its been a kind

week for you, its been a really busy one for Mum and myself 

we had to travel to Bodmin yesterday for her to have a CT Scan.

It to see how quickly her Parkinson's Syndrome is advancing

she has quite a shake in her right hand, she also walks really 

slowly and has limited movement  in her shoulders.


Over at Crafty Catz this week our ATG with a twist is just for fun this week

 the lovely Billie chose Add a Balloon.

I used Tiny Townie Blossom Loves Balloons from Stamping Bella

I coloured her with copics and used the MFT Cloud stencil 

and ink blended with Distress Oxides. 

I also used some slimline dies from MFT Wonky Stitched Slimline Dies

 and some gems from Crafty Merkai, 

Merkai Midnight Shimmer Illusion you cant 

quite see the beautiful shimmer on the gems.



The papers are all from my scrap box ....yes finally some way to use those
little bits and pieces that I so fondly store but always 
forget they exist  lol

    So sweet and beautifully coloured, love how you've made the balloons look transparent. Isn't it satisfying to use up some of the hoarded scraps- always makes me feel very virtuous!

    Hi Bridget, just here to thankyou for your comments and advice on my ink problem, I have used Make it crafty card for years now, thats what I couldn't understand, nothing has changed, so I am just hoping it will resolve itself !!!!!!! wish me luck, menwhile I am drying everything out with heat...xx
